Janice Rudo Sambaza
Managing Director
Founder and chief strategist, Janice is the visionary behind our advisory services. She actively engages in shaping our consulting methodologies and enhancing client relationships.
Janice is an afro-optimist and impact investor committed to driving transformative change in Africa. With over 24 years in financial services, she has contributed to impactful projects and notable transactions across the continent and in the United States. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) (South Africa) who also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa (dissertation with distinction).
Her commitment to impact and excellence was recognized when she was named a finalist in the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants’ prestigious CA(SA) Top 35 Under 35 Competition in 2017 and awarded the Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (South Africa) 2024 Professional of the Year. Her MBA thesis, titled “Relational Coordination Towards Social Value Creation in Public-Private Partnerships in the Private Equity Sector,” reflects her dedication to leveraging collaboration for meaningful impact.
